Sorry we don't. You can pay by cash or by cheque only.

Are the goods genuine?
Yes. We source from the manufacturers directly and we gurantee every product we are selling are genuine good.

Can I refund?
Yes. You can ask for refund within 3 weeks, provided that the conditions the the goods are exactly as delivered. The fee of returning the goods through mail will be included in the cheque of refund.

Is tax included in the listed price?
We don't charge any tax for our goods. So you actually paying less than the market price.

I receive a wrong products, what can I do?
You can contact Ms Yam directly at (1)617-383-1581 or through email at info@ladyplace.com. We will contact you once we receive your message. Usually we will ask you to mail us back the goods and then we will send out the correct product to you. We will also include a check to compensate the mailing fee during the whole process.

I can't receive the good, what should I do?
We will confirm with you the mailing address before we send out the good. Also we will send you the goods through DHL and you are required to sign your name upon receiving the parcel, so the chance of getting lost is nearly impossible. Yet if such case happens, Ladyplace will not hold any liability.
